Privacy Policy – Match Insight

1. Information We Collect

The App may collect the following types of information:

• Account information: Email address, user identifier, display name, language preference.
• Anonymous usage: In some scenarios, anonymous usage may be supported and a temporary identifier/email in the @local format may be generated.
• Usage information: Favorite leagues, unlocked matches/analysis, daily usage quota tracking. The matches you open each day are stored against your anonymous user number and the list is reset daily.
• Account recovery code: If you create a recovery code in the App, only a one-way (hashed) form of it is stored on our servers; the code itself is shown to you once. Keeping it safe is your responsibility.
• Device/technical data: App version, crash reports and performance logs (when needed). Crash reports do not contain personal information.
• Advertising data: Advertising ID and related signals for ads delivery and measurement.

2. How We Use Information

• Provide core app features (login, profile, language, favorites)
• Manage daily analysis quota and premium status
• Debugging and performance improvements
• Serve ads and measure ad performance
• Manage purchases and premium subscriptions

3. Third-Party Services

The App may use third-party services, including:

• Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads): Ads delivery and measurement
• Google Play Billing: Purchase/subscription processing and verification
• Firebase Crashlytics (Google): Crash reports used to fix errors

These providers may process data according to their own policies. Your use of the App may be subject to the terms and policies of these providers.

4. Purchases and Premium

Premium subscriptions/purchases are processed through Google Play. Based on purchase status, premium access may be enabled for your account and the premium period may be stored.

5. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the service, including for quota usage, premium period, and account management. Some records may be retained longer where required by law.

6. Your Rights

You may request:

• Access to information associated with your account
• Correction of inaccurate information
• Deletion of your account and data (subject to legal requirements). In the App you can do this yourself with Delete my data (Profile). Purchase records are kept for accounting purposes.

7. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

8. Children’s Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page and the effective date will be revised accordingly.
