1. Service: SpotLynk is an information platform that provides statistics-based analysis and information for football matches.
2. Information only: Content is for information purposes only. Accuracy, completeness or any particular outcome is not guaranteed; content is not advice.
3. Use at your own responsibility: Users evaluate the content at their own responsibility.
4. Premium: Premium provides access to additional content for the stated period. Purchases are subject to the rules of the store used (Google Play, and the App Store in the future). Cancellation and refunds follow the store's policy.
5. Account: The app automatically creates an anonymous account. Keeping the recovery code safe is the user's responsibility; if the code is lost, the account may not be recoverable.
6. Prohibited use: Bulk copying of the service by automated means, reverse engineering, and attempts to disrupt the operation of the service are prohibited.
7. Intellectual property: The service, its design and its content belong to SpotLynk.
8. Limitation of liability: The service is provided "as is"; no liability is accepted for indirect damages arising from interruptions or from the use of the content.
